Salsa Mexicana as traditional and handmade as it gets. Made in traditional Mexican style, we create a paste from dried and smoked chilies and build it into a salsa with roasted tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
We love this one for the way it starts with a warm, smoky-sweet flavor before turning into a good creeper burn. Try it as a breakfast salsa on egg burritos, as a base for chili, mixed with sour cream for a dip, or as a marinade on grilled meats and veggies.
