This is my favorite hot sauce - depth of flavor, umami and a smoky nuttiness with a slow build of mild-medium spice. Wonderful flavor. So good I ordered a bunch for holiday gifts.

It’s truly obe of the best things in my life. A perfect blend of heat and savory, but never overpowering. I am picky with which sauce goes with which food—Cholula for sweet potatoes, Frank’s for wings. But THIS goes with everything!!!
