Some Lime it Hot - Fermented Serrano with Ginger and Lime Leaf

Some Lime it Hot has been lovingly created by Teresa our production manager. She grew up in Mexico City and loves chilies verdes. She infused this sauce with the Makrut lime leaf, fresh ginger, and our house fermented serrano chilies. It is bright, funky, and delicious. Great for tacos, eggs, rice and beans, and bloody marys.
